I would opt for the whole milk yogurt but it’s just too heavy to carry me through my morning activities. If I ate it, you’d catch me sneaking back into bed. This is why I don’t eat brunch.
Also, if you need to toast the nuts, add them to a small heated dry pan, flipping regularly for a few minutes until slightly browned.
