  • Caramelized

    Remove skin and cut onion in half. Place cut side down and chop the onion lengthwise to desired thickness. Add a few tablespoons of olive oil to a skillet and heat. Add sliced onions and cook under low heat. Only stir when they begin to stick to pan. Cook for at least 30 minutes or until desired brownness.
