  • Braised

    Simmer hearts in a flavorful liquid for about 20 minutes, until a fork easily goes through them.

  • Fried

    Deep fry hearts lightly tossed in corn starch. Dip in aioli. Go to heaven.

  • Steamed

    Steam whole artichokes for 20 - 45 minutes or until the leaves can be easily pulled off the choke. Cooking times vary depending on size.
